We were there per COBNB. The accomodation was quite OK,but if you want to be in this accomodation,after your payment (nonrefundable) per booking.com,they want you to pay caution RM 200. We payed,why not. When we left the appartement (self check-in and out), they sent us via whatsapp message,that we left some stains on the bedsheets and they will charge it on the caution. The other day,they sent me another message,that they tried to wash it and its still remaining and thay will charge RM170 from the caution. They didn’t even send me a pictures after washing and they do not communicate,after my message,that I do nit agree and I want to solve the problem. In my opinion,this seems like steeling on tourists,who pick quite nice looking accomodation for good price. So be careful. RM170? They must be out of their minds!!!!!

I came here with my family. At poolside is very strict!!!! Please, we pay for this okay?! Be more friendly!!
And access card they just give only 1 card. Is quite difficult for our family member. That all 😠

Been there for 3D2N apartment 2 rooms. Quite convenience place and suitable for family with kids.
Ample parking space.
Large pool and nice view with OOTD places.
-ve:
Only 1 card given to access lift n room. Quite difficult for the movement, 1 couple plan to go pool but another 1 stay in the room.
The pool attire very strict even wearing the suit. For muslimah, the guard still ask to put in the tudung inside the swimming suit even it's the swimming suit tudung. Quarrel with the guard n staff. Finally they allowed since it's nothing to do concern and I'm asking back the meaning of muslimah need to cover front body.
