My compliments to Aina, front desk staff: I would like to take this opportunity to compliment Aina, a member of the hotel's front desk staff, on the outstanding customer service she provided to me during my stay from 3/11/20 to 5/11/20.
As soon as I approached the front desk upon my check-in, Aina was courteous, respectful and accommodating, offering a number of options that would work best for my stay. Kudos to you Aina for being a true professional on customer service.
I am truly appreciative of the exemplary service that she provided and wanted to be sure her managers were aware of the outstanding job she's doing.
I'll definitely come back again and recommend to others. Thanks Bespoke Hotel. Keep up the good work.

I would rate this hotel a good 4 star boutique hotel. Hotel is clean and staffs are friendly. Check in was smooth and being attended by receptionist- Amir , who is attentive and hospitable.
Rooms has a fresh look feeling. Modern and trendy hotel. Location is just superb.

We were in KL for a wedding celebration and stayed here for 4 days. The staff were all very helpful. They even have a surprise for our wedded couple with a cute welcome decoration of the room! Every time we have a request the staff would go all their way to help. Very inpressed.

The hotel is at Puchong Setia Walk where you can find a lot of food stalls and cafes, walking distance from Pusat Bandar Puchong Lrt. The room was spacious and clean. However the check in process is slow and need to be improve.

Stayed here for a night. Room carpet was full of coffee stains. Bedsheet and pillowcase have hairs on it. Wonder whether do they really change the bedsheets and pillowcase. Toilet flush malfunctioned. Went down for a walk and was surprise that the area has many African foreigners. Overall, not satisfied and felt it's not value for money.
