We would definitely stay here again. Location, location, position! A great and reasonably priced choice for a hotel in malacca, just stepping away from the heart of the old city and all its attractions. Very nice staff, spacious rooms (we had deluxe river room), large shaded balcony, and good bathroom. Coffee machine much appreciated. A very decent breakfast with good choices. Yes, there can be some noisy music from crazy tourist related bars and transportation, but it didnt stop us from sleeping well. If this is an issue for you, you have to stay away because this crazy noise is everywhere in the area.

The best hotel in malacca ever. Ive stayed at this hotel more than ten times, and its the best one ever! Koreena and Faiz, thank you for your wonderful hospitality, which has always been a pleasure. Highly recommended. Choose the river view rooms, they are fantastic!.

The location is ideal for spending the long bank holiday weekend of the chinese new year. A fantastic base from which to explore everything that melacca has to offer. Its nice to return for a short while by the lovely rooftop pool. We had i 2 bedroom suite, 2888, with tastier space to relax and opulent terraces where you can watch the world go by on the river. The staff was wonderful, very helpful, and had thoughtful details to make this stay the most memorable one. Thank you.

My family spent one night at the hotel. The receptionist was excellent. They gave us cold towels with a minty flavor and ginger lemon sorbet. Mr. Hafiz, the front desk manager, was really cordial. We were given complimentary snacks and items when we checked in by room service who came in to explain them. Our requirements were met very quickly by the room staff. Additionally, they provided mosquito repellant and candles for the balcony. When we placed an order for grab food in the lobby, it was delivered to the apartment by reception. At night, there was dazzling nighttime scenery. On the terrace, we had dinner. It was quite cool. I will most certainly make another reservation at this hotel!
