My family and I stayed at this resort for two nights (we had three rooms). On the last night, two of the room started to flood at 3 in the morning. Water was coming from the toilet. It was really bad. It took a couple of hours for the security guards (no staff available) to relocate us to other rooms (first to a dormitory then to proper rooms).
No apology from the staff nor the manager, especially to my wheelchair-bound mother who had to be moved a few times..
When we finally went to the office to check out, and after several deliberations, they decided to ONLY compensate us for half the day since 'the incident happened at night and not the full day'. Obviously, the management (who didn't even come out to talk to us or apologize) could not rationalize the whole situation and the trouble that we had to go through to even compensate us for our stay.
Unfortunately, this is a typical horrid customer service that you would receive in Malaysia.
Customer does come first especially your resort is at fault!
