Additional breakfast fee is MYR 19 per person (add on at counter).

For the new early check in fee is MYR 25/hour (from 07:00 AM until 12:00 PM).

Due to the tax regulation, all guests are committed to the city tax surcharge which is not included in the property reservation cost and will be collected by the property upon check-in.
Effective 1 June 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Local Council Tax of MYR 3 per room per night for 4- and 5-star hotels and MYR 2 per room per night for 0- to 3-star hotels. The property’s star rating will be in accordance to the rating from the Local Council, and should the rating differ from the website, the Local Council rating will apply. This fee is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in and is not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein.
Hotel / Restaurant does not provide buffet at this time. However, we provide Breakfast & Lunch: Local, Asian and Western Cuisine only.
The property requires a refundable security deposit of MYR 100 upon check-in.
