Era Plus Hotel

The water gushing out from ceiling, and damaged all my work folder and electronic devices. The staff did nothing to help me. I asked for refund but all of them ignored me. I did captured alot of video. I'll post on social media

Staff was sleeping at counter.Had to wake her up for check in.quick check in process but no other information given. Room was relatively small for family stay with 2 queen bed. Location wise convenience just had to bear with heavy jam due to road construction.

I was checked in for two night. I choose this place because it's nearby my house. Before this on October I checked in One Avenue Hotel Balakong(near by Izumi as well), it's better than Izumi @ 2. I choose Izumi @ 2 because in the picture(Superior Room with window)it show a perspective door bathroom and large space. But when the time when I entered the room, yup it's came with windows. But the room is small, normal bathroom, totally different with the picture it show. The second morning when I went to my car, it has get burn on the car hood. Someone burn it. I don't know whether because of we park in front of the shop lot or "Mat Rempit". Because quite a lot of "Mat Rempit" over there at midnight. Stain blanket, stain bedsheets, stain pillow case, looks old and stain towel. The second night was noisy because someones' car scream down the street. At night a lot of foreigner male gather in front of this hotel. Honestly, I will NEVER visit Izumi @ 2 anymore. One Avenue hotel is better than this hotel because it's reasonable price, clean and manner receptionist.

This hotel is cheap...very clean..brand new..stayed here for a few times...however, the way to get there is not that good because it is an industrial places...many foreigners around..however...who cares! Get free drinking water daily....the room not that big..but the best part...you can sleep well in the room...

Clean bathroom, small room, nice air-cond. Advisable not to take windows room as it will be kinda noisy as its near the streets. Ideal if you are looking for a hotel just to sleep for the night. Its a busy street, advisable not to walk around this area at night. just park the car near the hotel
