Kamarnya luas, kasur queen size, TV dan water heater, nyaman untuk istirahat. Ada tempat parkir, tapi agak mahal karena biayanya 500 ribu per bulan. Kurang cocok untuk yang bekerja di kamar karena tidak ada meja dan kursi, tapi karena kamarnya cukup luas, bisa beli sendiri. Sempat ada masalah dengan air, entah kotor atau mati, tapi sekarang pipa dan mesin air sudah diganti.

Lokasinya strategis. Bangunannya bersih karena dibersihkan setiap hari oleh mbak atau mas. Area parkirnya luas, tapi agak sulit karena antar mobil mepet. Wifi bagus. Jika ingin mengajukan keluhan, pemilik akan dengan cepat tanggap atau memperbaikinya. Kekurangannya adalah air terkadang memiliki kotoran hitam, mungkin karena saya menggunakan torrent. Suara antar kamar terdengar sekali, mungkin karena dinding tipis. Laundry (pihak ketiga) sering membuat baju jadi kelunturan. Secara keseluruhan, saya betah di Golden Leaf selama 1 tahun 5 bulan.

Saya menginap disini selama 2 tahun karena sedang kuliah. Saya sedih sekarang harus check out karena sudah lulus. Saya sangat merekomendasikan tempat ini bagi yang ingin menginap di daerah Jakbar. Pemiliknya sangat baik dan cepat tanggap. Dia tidak pernah protes, saya bilang wifinya lemot besoknya dipake wifi satu-satu di kamar Ada fasilitas beresin kamar dan laundry 2 minggu sekali, worth it! Setiap saya tidak ada di kost dan pemilik ingin memperbaiki air atau membersihkan AC, pasti meminta izin terlebih dahulu kepada pemilik kamar. Saya sering lupa membawa kunci, tidak pernah dimarahi, tapi tetap diberikan kunci serep dari satpamnya. Kamarnya cukup luas, semua furniture baru, dan semua ada jendela sehingga nyaman untuk melihat matahari masuk. Ada water heater dan closet duduk. Sangat direkomendasikan.

Saya sedih akhirnya move out dari kost terbaik yang pernah saya tinggali selama kurang lebih 8 bulan karena harus pindah dinas kerja. Bagi siapa pun yang melihat review ini untuk pertimbangan, bisa dibaca ya apa aja yang membuat kost ini sangat TOP: Bersih luar biasa. Penjaga kost yang ramah dan baik sangat inisiatif membantu (terutama Pak Sani). Keluhan? Saat itu juga di tangani dengan cepat (sinyal wifi di kamar saya di pojok agak kasihan, BESOK langsung diberikan router wifi pribadi di dalam kamar). Parkiran luas (bisa mobil 15 biji, kebayang kan). Jemuran LUAS (lantai ground dan rooftop). Ada 2 dapur (Lt. Ground dan 3), jadi tidak perlu khawatir jika yang tinggal di atas memiliki dapur sendiri. Setting kamarnya BEST. Penting nih, ada 3 colokan di dalam kamar dan 1 di sebelah cermin kamar mandi (total 4 spot). Kamar mandi juga nyaman, tempat buang air dan mandi tidak menjadi satu, jadi ada kering dan basahnya. Pokoknya sangat ramah, pelayanan terbaik, tidak ada dua kali saya menemukan kost seperti ini. Terima kasih atas kenangan indahnya. Sukses selalu.
