Hotel yang buruk, karpet dan dinding kotor... Walaupun kamar cukup bersih..tapi area luar kotor banget. Tidak sesuai dengan harga yang diberikan terlalu mahal untuk hotel seperti itu. Yang terburuk air tidak menyala...semua tamu komplain. Kami tiba malam hari...tidak ada air harus menunggu 1 jam kata petugas reservasi. Besok paginya semua tamu komplain karena tidak air yang keluar untuk mandi.

TOTAllY AVOID. When u wanna park there are people parking haphazedly eateries placing thier dinning table on the parking lot in front of hotel This place is like a gangster area where people get high. The room is smelly.The tv no reception despite complaint. Be careful when in shower u might get boiled.If my cr card can get refund would run away. Checked out early. I had a very bad impression & experience of taiping..... picture people parking & dining on the parking lot in front of hotel + hotel lobby - seating with holes.

We booked this hotel to stay two nights just recently but even from walking in the reception area, could see it was not going to be a good stay. Ripped furniture as you checked in. Girl playing on her phone and watching a movie, not interested. Filthy staircase to our room and then entered our room! Scorching hot as sun was baking on the window, big crack in headboard. Peeling wallpaper all over the place. Shabby repair in ceiling from a previous leak. Looked like it was going to fall through again. Bathroom very shabby and dirty. In fact, the whole room was shabby and dirty. Took some photos of the place and went back down to reception. Asked for our deposit back of RM50 for the room key and RM20 for the Tourism Tax. We did not stay one night. After finding another hotel, when we returned home we complained to Agoda. They are looking into it for us. Customer Careline very helpful.

Booked two king size rooms for 3 adults. On check in found hotel old and tired with smelly carpets. One room a/c didn't work so after proving I did know how to work the a/c got another. The showers in both rooms were so dirty and mouldy that no one was game enough to step into them. In one room the sink drained out of the waste trap onto the floor and the toothbrush glass had a thick coating of residual paste from previous guests. Ignoring the peeling wallpaper and the noise from the nightclub across the road we did actually get some sleep. Departed next day to Ipoh where we found a cheaper and 1000% better hotel. We tend to take negative reviews with a grain of salt. I would suggest you pay attention to this one. We will never return.

Stayed recently with friends but rooms what not as I expected though situated middle of the town. A lot of defects noticed at the room but we didn't complain to the reception because at the end of the day, they're going to be apathy. The room channels are local and no selections of AXN, HBO and etc, toilet can't flush properly, shower comes extremely hot water but you will get a normal temperature water after a few minutes, no closets, no safebox. The management must fix the lacking of basic amenities required for the room in order to get a good customer feedbacks in social medias
