Grand Sri Lagenda Hotel

From a western travelers view, the hotel was distinctly average. To elevate it's rating improvements need to be made to the room services. The towels were well past their sell by date. There is no fridge in the room. The cable channels are limited, with the majority fuzzy. The bathroom had no towel racks or soap dish in the shower. The wardrobe did not have the bars installed for hangers. No safe in the room. The staff were pleasant and helpful where they could be. The hotel website advertised a airport shuttle, but the staff knew nothing about it. There is shopping and restaurants wthin a short walk. For transportation I utilized the Grab App which was convenient and reasonably priced.

Booked family room through agoda with only rm159. We got room with one queen and king bed. Room is very spacious with own living room. Very comfy. All basic ammenities ( shower gel, dental kid, dribking water) are there. Has iron board but no iron. They still in the process upgrading wifi service in all guest rooms. Has free basement parking. It's in new building behind Bangi Gateway. But little bit confusing in finding hotel lobby as it shared building with sherwood hotel. There's no place to hang towel in bathroom. The room has big window which can be open. I suggest to permanently lock the window as its quite dangerous to those customers with kids. Also please lock the AHU room in hotel room. Other than that, all good. Will stay there again if I return to Bangi.
