apartemennya bersih, ada di tengah2 kota,kemana2 dekat.Fasilitasnya komplit ; kulkas, mesin cuci, kompor, alat makan, meja makan, alat setrika, hair dryer...pokoknya gak nyesel deh nginap disini. Ke pavilion cukup jalan kaki 10 menit. Ke Twin Tower Petronas naik grab cuma 7 rm.mau cari restoran banyak, asalkan pilih yg halal.

We booked this apartment I 32 before and were very happy . We have received an email with instruction how to get a key before leaving Australia. This time we were travelling through the Malaysian islands with limited internet and no roaming . We didn't get an instructions a few days before and when I asked explaining the situation, I was sent an email that it is done on the day of arrival. When we arrived to the airport and connected to wifi at 13:00 still no email. Email arrived after my reminder at 14:00, so if you don't buy a local sim or don't have a roaming it is very inconvenient. Room was big with 2 double beds and another sofa bed which i believe can be open in to the bed. Washing machine and dryer is handy as your room never gets cleaned you can wash and dry your towels. Bathroom was full of small and middle size cockroaches on arrival and then i have seen them around the living area as well. There were no blankets or throws on the bed only flat sheet which is not very cosy to sleep at night time. Shower was blocked, so water was collecting in the basin and then when you open the door runs all over floor. Towels were not overused ,they were old one of them you could see holes through. Air conditioner was only working on 26 C, which made outside of your room colder then inside. One roll of toilet paper provided for 4 people for 3 nights. Not sure how it is working for everyone else but local shops around are not selling toilet paper . Otherwise it is great location, lots of eateries nearby including Alor St night Food markets and bars. 5 minutes walk to Sun Wei Wang and Pavillion shops and other shops . I believe they all owned by different people , so just try another one not i 32. I sent an email to the owner with all the problems we had and never back.

Malaysia was our last stop for our 7-day tri-city tour. We were looking forward to this country because it has lot to offer. Of course, we needed a place to stay to rest after long days of visiting places. My sister was able to book here. We arrived maybe minutes past 15:00 on May 6th, we were sitting in the lobby because we weren’t sure if we were in the correct building since Grand Suites is a sister company of Ramada Suites, basically they are sharing a same building. we were assisted by the front desk officer and called our host to let her know that we already arrived. She was fast but we were not able to get her name, she handed us our room key and keycard for the elevator. The room was nice, it was clean. Tho microwave was not available, it didn’t make any difference since the room itself was so relaxing. aside from that, we were able to meet a filipina girl on the lobby named Liz, she was very hospitable and attentive since we arrived with no itinerary ready. she offered us nice places to visit and even booked us hassle-free with a private car. surprisingly, the driver of the private car was her boss. both of them were so generous and kind. they gave us big discounts and a hassle-free travels. Ate Liz even accompanied us on dinner time during our first day since we had no idea of where to eat at that time. all in all, my family had a great time in malaysia in grand suites and especially with those accommodating people Ma’am Liz and Sir Anba. the place and the assistance of Ma’am Liz worked well in order for us to have a good trip in Malaysia. :) I have raw pictures on my phone since im using my mom’s phone. sorry about it. 😅

Stayed for 2weeks over Xmas/new year. Great location, lots of eateries nearby including Alor St night Food markets and bars and eateries in Changkat Street across the road. 5 minutes walk to Sun Wei Wang and Pavillion shops. Suite was a reasonable size with washing machine/dryer. Instructions to get the key were emailed on day of arrival. No problems, go into lobby of Ramada Hotel, into mail room and code for room and mailbox are on the arrival instructions. Much easier than waiting for someone to bring the key. Bed was good size and comfortable. No cooking utensils untill I phoned the phone number on the key and girl brought us a frypan, skillet and washing up cloth. Very minimum plates and cutlery. No toaster, no water, coffee, tea etc. So be prepared to save rushing out to buy them. Had to wash towels and bedding a few times during our stay but not a big problem as we had a balcony and bought some pegs. The Ramada has a laundry on the same floor as pool. Pool is very nice but only provides towels for Ramada guests. Found some small cockroaches and a couple of silverfish at nightime in kitchen cupboards. Shower and hot water very good. We enjoyed our stay because of price and location but come prepared as the only thing in the suite was a huge pack of toilet rolls which we had almost used up after two weeks. Checkout was easy as was left in mailbox again.

Photos looked great. Price is also really good however, its not somewhere i would come back to based on our first stay recently. We arrived at the lobby and had to contact our host who would come down and meet us to take us up to our room. This was fairly quick. Our host was nice and pleasant On the way up we had told our host about our previous experience at a hotel we just checked out of and how the bathroom was all mouldy and we were too scared to shower and that we hoped our room at the Grand Suites was in better condition. He didn't really say anything. When we were shown our room, the first thing we did was check out the bathroom - unfortunately it was mouldy too :-(. We pointed it out to him and He said everywhere is the same. There were also cobwebs in our room and the ceiling around the a/c duct had hundreds of mould spores. Too late to do anything about it, we took the room. Headed to dinner but on the way back, dreading the thought of having to stand in that shower, we dropped by KK Mart (like a convenience store) and bought a bottle of bleach, gloves and a brush. Hubby spent the next 2hrs on his hands and knees scrubbing the shower cubicle and guess what, the mould came off! Just goes to show that mould can be cleaned and that the cleaning that goes on in between guests and just on a general basis is not good enough. We pointed this out to the host and he just smiled - didn't take it seriously, didn't offer us another room, didn't apologise - nothing. You'll see in my photos that the ceiling leading up to our apartment was also terribly mouldy - one night we walked past and had water dripping over our heads. The general maintenance in this building is poor and if they don't lift their game the building and apartments will date very quickly. We didn't enjoy our stay because of the lack of cleanliness. Normally we'd enjoy coming back to our hotel/apartment but that wasn't the case for the 5 nights we were here. Just beware that general things that you're probably accustomed to won't be included here such as daily cleaning, bins being emptied, towels being replenished, etc. We were provided with 6 towels and it was a pain to have to wash and dry them ourselves. The rubbish bin we had to empty ourselves. Much rather a hotel but if the place was actually clean i would have enjoyed it more. This wasn't a one-off occurrence either. We had family stay in another apartment and they had the exact same problems. Mouldy bathroom, blood stained sheets (that they didn't notice until the next morning and was accused then questioned why it wasn't reported the first night we checked in and that it must have been caused by us - who opens up all their bed sheets to inspect it??). Washing machine in room but dryer costs 5rm per load up on Level 9. Notes: 1. Beware you can use the swimming pool but they won't supply you pool towels - you must use your own. 2. They only issue you 1 key/keycard and take a deposit for this which they will collect upon arrival which we weren't told about prior to checking in so beware. Its really inconvenient because you need the keycard to access the lift or go anwhere so if you're travelling with family, you all literally have to go everywhere together (e.g. if one wants to go to the gym you all have to) otherwise the person can't get back to their room afterwards. 3. If you want a 2nd key/keycard, they will insist on 300rm deposit 4. They don't supply beds with a 'quilt' or 'blanket'. Its literally a bed sheet. So you need to request for a thicker one if this isn't sufficient.
