Fantastic hostel with a really bubbly and welcoming environment, the staff are friendly and go out of their way to help, great food and well priced drinks downstairs! Clean and tidy with a homely feel. Great location in Kuala Lumpur and walking distance to Chinatown, would definitely recommend. I will be back my self shortly.

THE place to be in KL. Why? 1. It's new, beautiful and well equipped. Great value for money. 2. It has a friendly team who takes care of you, headed by Steve - the owner - always super helpful and caring. Big plus: tours with Mo. I did the KL by night bike tour and it was one of the best experiences I had in my Malaysian trip. 3. It's carbon free. Meaning not only that you could have Greta has roommate, but above all that you're contributing to the well being of a city quite polluted. Do not loose more time between the hundreds of hostels'offers in KL, go straight for the Illuminate.
