This place feels a little like being in the mountains in Taiwan. There are no lifts in this accommodation though staff are very helpful and will assist with luggage up a flight of stairs and down long halls. They also addressed all other needs with great efficiency (we needed an extra mattress and hair-dryer).
This is a B&B/ inn and not a hotel, so the offerings are basic and functional. There isn't a TV and air-conditioning (you don't need it in the mountains - just like you don't need wifi, which you won't get unless you're in the common areas) and the attached bathroom/ toilet has an electric heater, soap dispensers and mosaic-tiled floors. The room is quite small and space quite tight, but there is a small desk, kettle and cups with coffee & tea. We ended up placing all these on the stool tucked under the desk to make space. The bed and pillows are decent, and clean and we slept very comfortably. The fan cuts through the fluorescent lights in the room so we didn't turn on the fan. Being in the mountains, the air is crisp if you leave the windows open to let some in. Breakfasts are buffet style and very sumptuous and hearty.
This place gets a "Very Good" rating mostly for the view. It is spectacular. The vibe is very friendly, casual, like being at a friends home and this friend likes their decor rustic and inspirational.
