Ketika saya sedang dalam perjalanan dari Langkawi, saya singgah sebentar untuk check-in tetapi kamarnya penuh, meskipun begitu, pelayanan yang diberikan sangat baik. Lain kali saya akan kembali lagi ke sini.

Sarapannya tidak banyak variasinya. Karyawannya baik dan sopan. Tempatnya sangat bagus karena Anda dapat berjalan kaki ke sebagian besar tempat dan ada desa warung makan di dekatnya.

Hotel ini memiliki lokasi yang sangat bagus, Anda dapat berjalan kaki ke tempat-tempat wisata utama di area tersebut. Anda juga dapat menghemat ongkos taksi. Hotel ini luar biasa dalam segala hal. Satu-satunya masalah adalah meskipun ada jendela, tertutup rapat dan tidak dapat dibuka. Saya tidak tahu mengapa.

The room is very beautiful, the air conditioner is cool, sleep comfortably, and the receptionist is good. Check in is a bit slow, but thats fine. Good service staff check out was smooth. Easy to find food.

Ive been here a few times. The room is clean and has everything you need. The receptionist was polite and helpful. The parking entrance is narrow and there are few parking spaces. The surrounding area is nothing much, but you can find restaurants nearby.

The checkin and checkout processes go smoothly. The room is tidy, however, there are no slippers provided in the room. The room is convenient if you forget to bring your toiletries or if you need to buy food. The location is excellent, so that all our desires are within walking distance, right across our hotel, right across the 24 hour mart.

Hotel yang sangat direkomendasikan untuk menginap di Penang. Kamarnya bersih meskipun tidak luas. Perlengkapannya cukup lengkap, hanya saja tidak ada tisu di kamar. Hanya di toilet. Yang paling penting adalah lokasinya yang strategis, dekat dengan food court, pasar chowrasta, Chulia food street, dan lainnya, tinggal jalan kaki saja. Sarapannya sederhana tapi enak, kamar sesuai dengan yang ada di foto.

Hotel ini luar biasa. Kebersihannya sangat terjaga, mulai dari lobby, lift, hingga kamar yang sangat bersih. Keamanan tidak perlu diragukan, disini semua sangat aman dan nyaman, mulai dari security yang selalu berada 24 jam di depan pintu lobby hingga resepsionis yang cepat tanggap dalam menyambut tamu. Oh ya, pembersihan harian di sini sangat baik, saya katakan 10 per 10 untuk kebersihan mereka, saya menginap selama 4 malam dan ketika saya kembali dari perjalanan, kamar saya selalu bersih dan rapih kembali, contohnya perlengkapan mandi dan kerapihan kamar saya selalu di make over. Jangan ragu untuk menginap di sini!

Kamarnya tidak terlalu bersih. Ada debu di dinding, kepala tempat tidur, dan celah-celah. Mungkin karena petugas kebersihannya laki-laki. Oleh karena itu, kualitas gambarnya kurang memuaskan. Lokasi hotel strategis dan harga terjangkau.

Lokasinya dekat dengan pasar Chowrasta dan pasar malam di Kimberly (sekitar 10- 15 menit jalan kaki) Kamarnya bersih tapi minimalis (tidak ada lemari pakaian, sandal hotel, pasta gigi dan sikat gigi. Ada sampo, body wash dan hand wash) sprei dan sarung bantal agak kuning. Kopi sachet dan gula dan creamer. Sarapan juga minimalis. Perbedaan harga kamar dengan sarapan hanya 20- 30 ribu atau malam. Jika ada penerbangan pagi pulangnya, Anda bisa sarapan di sini. Sarapan tersedia dari jam 7- 10 pagi. Check-in dan check-out cepat. Ada juga restoran atau penjual makanan di sekitar. Harga kamar bisa terbilang murah dan cepat fully booked.

A very nice hotel with many facilities included, such as free coffee and soap. The staff are also very friendly. I dont expect much from a hotel of this price, so i would give it a 5 star rating. But for one major inconvenience, i have no wifi in my room. For some reason, it works in the lobby but not in my room. I informed the staff of this in the morning, came back at night and the problem was still there. A regrettable downside in an otherwise great hotel. I would love to rate it higher because everyone here is so friendly.

Padahal saya sudah menginap beberapa malam, semoga handuknya diganti setiap hari. Spreinya tidak diganti di hari pertama. Ini juga menjadi masalah jika satu-satunya handuk yang Anda miliki hanyalah handuk mandi. Mereka tidak memiliki cukup tisu toilet jadi saya meminta staf meja depan untuk membawakannya kepada saya.

Lokasinya di Lebuh Leith (sebelah dengan Lebuh Chulia). Kamarnya ok, tapi agak sempit, cukup untuk 2 orang. Perlengkapan mandi lengkap, kamar mandi bagus dan besar. Ada restoran halal di seberang hotel dan masjid di sebelah hotel. Ada supermarket 24 jam. Ada Red Dragon di dekat hotel yang buka sore hari. (Foodcourt)

Hotel bersih, lokasi menarik. Di sebelahnya ada masjid dan menarik untuk mendengarkan suara salat setiap kali tiba. Staf ramah dan tidak sombong. Disarankan untuk membawa anak karena hotelnya tidak sepi dan selalu ada orang. Direkomendasikan.

Harganya standar dan pelayanannya bersahabat. Kamarnya luas dan pelayanannya ramah. Ada sarapan cuma buat 2 orang dalam satu kamar. Kekurangannya cuma kalo naik lift mesti sesuai nomor lantainya, gak bisa ke lantai lain.
