Large, spotless rooms with ample parking. The receptionist was a very pleasant chinese woman. However, the television was small and lacked a refrigerator. Despite seeing a pool in one of the reviews, there is no pool here either. There is currently no breakfast served.

2015.7.24~7.26 2박 3일 말라카 여행에 편안하고 넓은 호텔과 조식부페도 좋았습니다. 붉은 광장을 비롯한 주변 관광지 모두 걸어가 가능한 위치였구요,, 주변에 셀프세탁 할 수 있는 곳이 있어서 뽀숑뽀숑한 세탁도 좋았어요~ 페밀리룸은 4식구 숙박하기에도 정말 넣은 퀸사이즈 침대 2개 및 넓고 깨끗한 욕실도 좋았구요,, 택시콜 서비스도 감사했습니다. 말라카 센트럴 버스터미널까지는 택시로 15분 거리(22링깃정도)로 굿~ 하나 아쉬운건 냉장고가 없었지만 정말 편안하게 지내다 왔습니다.

Kamarnya sangat kotor. Bantal, handuk, sprei, dan tempat tidur semuanya sangat kotor. Handuknya sepertinya berlumuran darah. Spreinya kuning dan ada bintik hitam. Pelayanannya sangat buruk. Saya menelepon untuk meminta handuk diganti dan meminta saya berjalan ke konter. Konter tidak mengizinkan saya menggantinya dan mengatakan itu bersih. AC berfungsi tetapi sudah tua dan berisik. Akhir: Kebersihan hotel sangat buruk dan pelayanannya sangat buruk.

Lokasi hotel ini berada tidak jauh dengan tempat wisata. Suasana disini sangat menyenangkan dan juga kondisinya bersih. Staf nya melayani dengan sangat baik hati, bahkan mereka memberikan pelayanan saat check-in dan check-out dengan sangat baik. Saya sangat merekomendasikan Midtown Hotel Melaka ini ke teman saya, dan pastinya saya akan kembali lagi kesini.

The receptionist, mr. Ben, was incredibly helpful and kind. When we inquired about whether our accommodation had a fridge, he responded that it does not, but we mentioned that we had some items that needed to be kept in a fridge and asked if we could keep them in a fridge, and he immediately said he would deliver a fridge to our room. He went above and beyond to serve us, which made us very happy. When we travel for vacation, we anticipate small things like this. Jonker street is only a 7minute drive from the hotel, and it is close to all the restaurants and shopping malls, which is very convenient. Disliked, however, when we woke up the next day, we called the front desk, and there was a chinese elderly woman who answered our call. We requested a late checkout, but the woman answered so rudely by asking us to call at 10 am because her shift was about to end. This kind of employee is not supposed to work in the hotel industry because there is absolutely no sense of hospitality! I ask the hotel to provide her with some basic hospitality and manners!.

Harga yang saya bayar untuk hotel ini sangat bagus. Karena saya sudah pergi ke banyak hotel lain dengan harga yang sama dengan yang saya dapatkan, tetapi hotel lain hrdnya memuaskan hati saya. Agak mengecewakan, tidak ada kolam renang, jika masuk kamar, tidak terdapat meja sofa untuk sepak bola. Hanya ada meja sole. Tidak ada peti ais. Tidak tersedia sudu untuk banch air. Lemari baju terbuka. Pemilik agak kecil. Lagi saya, harga tidak sesuai dengan kondisi hotel. Namun saya puji hotel ini bersih. Saya berharap pihak hotel- Hotel mengambil maklumi masalah ini.

I stayed for one night. The room is spacious and nice, the location is good, walking distance to dataran pahlawan. There is ample parking. However, i paid rm 400, which is too expensive, and there is no pool even though the hotel review shows there is a pool. Breakfast is not provided, there is no fridge, the wifi is slow, and there are only 4 1 pillows provided. We can get a better place for this price, feel cheated by the hotel review.
