Momostay capsule hotel is a great find. It looks cool and modern, and when you walk in, it feels comfortable right away. Sleeping capsules are small but surprisingly comfortable, and everything is very clean. The cool thing is the shared spaces where you can hang out and meet other people. Its in a good location, close to public transportation and interesting places to visit. If you want a unique and comfortable place to stay, i highly recommend momostay capsule hotel.

I will definitely return and stay at this hotel again. My experience at momostay capsule hotel was absolutely amazing, with a welldeserved 5 star rating. How they use the public space at this hotel is really clever. What truly sets this capsule hotel apart was the meticulous attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and organization. The shared bathrooms and showers were immaculate, and the entire facility was consistently well maintained. The staff was not only friendly but also very helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from check in to check out.

I stayed here for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. Gurney is in the perfect location, within a short drive to Georgetown. The pods were spacious, even though they were a capsule pod. Spacious enough for me to change clothes inside the pods. The pods also come with a very comfortable pillow, blanket, and mattress. And adjustable cooling power and lighting. The capsule also has charging ports. The only downside is that the room can be a bit warm even at maximum cooling power, but thats not a star because it can easily be resolved by keeping the capsule door slightly ajar to let the air conditioner from outside enter. The amenities were perfect. They provided a giant locker, a dental kit, a bath towel, and slippers. The toilet is also cleaned daily according to what i saw. Overall, i highly recommend this place for anyone coming to penang, whether solo or group trip with your partner or friends.

The public space is somewhat small, and there is no counter service or contact at checkin. Surrounded by bus stations, restaurants, and shopping malls. The restrooms and room amenities are spotless. Before checking in, you will be given an email with the key box password and room number. It is not advised to check in the first time.
