Nature Planet House is newly built (renovated), hence they are still waiting for the approval from the local council to put up their official signage. Nevertheless, the place is easily to be located either by following the instruction from Google Map or Waze. The receptionist Suzy is friendly and she looks after the place including room cleaning. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth. We were required to pay RM50 cash as refundable room deposit.
There are two types of accommodation available at Nature Planet House. We preferred to have a private bathroom and we chose chalet. There are eight chalets located next to the House (which is also the venue for guests registration). For larger groups such as friend reunion or family gathering, they can stay at the rooms inside the House with shared bathroom, situated next to the chalets.
Nature Planet House is located in a housing area, hence we had peaceful quiet night. We were provided with one sleeping pillow each. The twin bed was comfortable to sleep on. However, the pillow was rather soft to my liking. There are two resting chairs and a small table located outside of the room. There is a big wooden rack that functions as a table, storage area and for clothes hangers. The free wifi service with password is provided. There are four power outlets in the room for charging various electrical gadgets. However, the power outlets may not suitable for those gadgets with short cables due to their locations in the room. The air-conditioned room is comfortable for two adults.
The ensuite bathroom was clean and furnished with washing basin, hot/cold standing shower, toilet, half-body length mirror, body towel, and floor mat. Toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper are provided. However, we experienced low water pressure during our stay. In addition, there are missing labels for shampoo and shower gel. This may cause confusion to the guests.
There is a Coway hot/cold water dispenser located at the common area. Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided to the guests. Even though there is no television in the chalet, we thought with the price we paid, it was a good night sleep in view that most of the time we were out to explore the town.
