The owner was really really not friendly at all! i didnt know this was not hotel but apartment, so i need to contact the owner first once i arrived. But the owner was really really not friendly at all. I made two reservations for 2 night stay and she blamed me about that and charged 2 days cleaning fee. actually ok i could accept that but why she was the one who was angry to us. i was her customer , she could have given better services. Even, she didn’t take us to the room and didnt give any information about how to use tv. The tv works but we didnt know how to use it. She was really not helpful. nothing she did. We also asked to clean room as she charged us for it, but nothing, just cleaned the rubbish. The last day, i want to check out earlier at 10 pm, so i texted her one day before at night. Because i didnt get any confirmation soon, so i cancel to book my bus until i get the confirmation because i need to wait my deposit back. Suddenly in the morning at 10am, she said she was already at lobby and i asked sorry i wasnt ready because i didnt know when she would come. but what happened? she just got angry to us because i was the only one who decided to chekout early. and when she gave deposit back to me, she wasnt said anything at all and she let my deposit fall into my thigh. Honestly, i never meet person like her. so cruel and not polite at all. if u want to book in this apartment, better to see another owner. I really really dissapointed, THE WORST experience i hv ever had in my life!!!!
