OYO 419 City Boutique Hotel

1. The receptionist (male) was a grumpy one. 2. The doorknob was broken. It works but they should have fix it. 3. The bathroom was very dirty. Bad choice of bathroom floor. They provide an old, overused flip flops for the bathroom. 4. No soundproofing. 5. Looked under the bedsheet and my lord..the maitress was an old, heavily soiled one. I think OYO is taking old hotel (city boutique). But please invest more into cleanliness.

Horrible dirty hotel in bangi ..city boutique hotel.the bed and bathrooms were filty...when we complained tey gave us a simillar room...spent less than 10mins there..immediately we checked out called up traveloka and got our booking money back....do not stay there it looks like a red light hotel...

The hotel called few times prior to check-in although we have notified them earlier that we'll be checking in late, but staff were quite friendly and helpful. The hotel is near to the main road, so it's easy to spot while driving. The hotel has an elevator, which is great for families and senior citizens. It also has common areas for meals and ironing. Our room was a double room (double bed) and we requested for an extra bed. Towels are also provided, but not toiletries. The room was quite clean and TV was functioning okay. There were also complimentary drinks and tea and coffee with kettle. Mattress was alright, but not great enough for a good night sleep. Breakfast was provided, but we didn't get the chance to try them. There are many shops and eateries nearby, so it's location is great.

Supposed to check in at 2 pm, staff told us the room will be available at 3.00pm and need 15 minutes to set up the room and the room finally ready at 3.30pm which means it took them around 30 minutes to get the room ready for us. They also gives us the wrong type of room as per requested, but manage to change that last minute. Hotel receptionist were unfriendly.

The hotel's location is close to Bangi Gateway and Bangi exit tol from PLUS highway. Comfortable and suitable room for one night before attending courses at NIOSH Bangi. Walking distance to NIOSH complex. Older air conditioning units cause less coolness. Around the hotel there are many restaurants with a wide selection of food items. Adjacent to a petrol station equipped with ATM machine.
