Location is okay, hotel was kinda old, but the room cleanliness and service is definitely the worst. I have never stayed in a room where the tea spoon and water jug was not cleaned after previous guest stay. We directly told the receptionist on this issue, he took the pictures above, shared to I don't know who and were promised a make up room while we were out for dinner, but nothing was cleaned after we were back. We were hopeless with the condition and just decided to buy mineral water from the minimarket. Next day, the housekeeper cleaned the water jug but not the spoon until our last day! As an international chain, I expect the hotel should already know their SOPs, they replenish everything the minibar, bathroom amenities and all but not a tea spoon that is clearly stained?!!
