Sunway pyramid bersebelahan dengan resort suites hotel. Kamar luas, lengkap dengan kitchen set; meja makan, dan balkon. Fasilitas lain standart bintang 4 dan cocok bersama keluarga menikmati jalan jalan kuliner serta belanja ke mall pyramid sunway

Well appointed suite above Sunway Pyramid Tower Hotel. Conveniently located will all conveniences, adjacent to Sunway Pyramid Mall. Very good value for money.
Raymond, the host of the suite I stayed in was excellent. Very responsive, with
wonderful customer service skills.
Even though I stayed in the suite, I needed to seek help from the hotel to get some documents printed. Ali & Izat at Reception went out of their way to help me!
Highly recommended!

I intended to give zero star if possible. Under package ke sana ke sini, we are given a room that far away from main lift. Even worse it facing the hotel corridor. The free sunway lagoon is actually for one day, even worse not all segments are open. So it just like you are staying other hotel with pool. My breakfast on 1st day need to take it myself, and not much they provide. Just imagine America, Malaysian, or Oriental. I got a bowl of porridge and a cup of water for oriental and THATS ALL. So you can imagine the other menus looks like. They also provide a few of free vouchers but its non halal or suspicious.

Situated just next to Sunway Pyramid hotel and the Shopping mall.
Pro:
Next to Pyramid shopping mall
Clean and nice.
Cons:
Reception is very small and at the basement.
Have to walk a floor down from the Sunway Pyramid Hotel.
No Breakfast.
Small pool and gym.
Have to do your own laundry.

Stayed for seven nights Sept. / Oct. 2019. Facilities are very good for stay, cooking etc. The main advantage: Sunway Pyramid Shopping Centre (shopping and marketing, and eat out plus other conveniences such as money changers, banks, mobile providers etc.). The room cleaning and reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
Area for improvement: No international TV channels, only Malay, Lift access not being available to the hotel lobby level, pillows were not upto standard (though the linen was clean and changed daily).
