Booked in this place 14 days before the date of arrival and the duration of the reservation 4 days from January 3 to January 7. Immediately after my reservation, I contacted the person in charge of the villa, his name is Dan Lim and he did not mention to me any conditions regarding the villa regarding the reservation. No shoes n no smoking in the villa Must switch off all aircond n electric when go out to avoid wastage charges RM80/day Must keep clean Pls note there is cleaning fees RM150 if we found out very dirty when check out Pls note there r 10 towels n a hairdryer at ground floor Pls return all to ground floor upon check out Pls do not move around the furnitures No pets are allowed unless informed earlier No party, bbq, steamboat or events are allowed unless informed earlier. Pls note check in time is 3pm or after. Earlier checkbin subject to availability n utilities charge at rm50/hour Pls note check out time is 11am or earlier. Late checkout is subject to availability n utilities charge at rm50/hour Max guest as stated in Yr reservations Extra guest will be charged RM 50/night

Thank you for hosting us We booked this villa from an abnb site We were family of four No other channels on tv except for Chinese No shower lotion or shampoo provided in all the wash rooms Kitchen ... had no rubbish bags or washing liquid to wash the kitchen ware ( thank god...we didn't do any cooking... wanted to be relaxing holiday) First floor... master bedroom... the aircond was cutting off every 1 hour and doesn't come on The washrooms ... doesn't have bidets 2 floor... the big room flaky stuff was falling from the ceiling... we guess it was either paint or plaster ceiling flakes We informed the host the next morning but no action taken A bit disappointed.... we had to go thro another sleepless nite My nephew who has allergic sinusitis with rhinitis fell sick Its no doubt the villa is value for money. all we wanted is to have a good rest but that was denied Thank you

The villa that I booked was apparently good but there are things can be improved. One of it is the owner. The owner that I negotiate was kinda stingy and pushy because after we (my family) just arrived the homestay, the owner immediately pushed us to pay half of the fee that we booked. As if like the owner does not give a chance to break after along journey to reach the homestay. It's not like we do not want to pay or something. We know what we are supposed to do. if we don't, it is not a good manner to act in a way. As for the rest, rooms are spacious, the house is big and it's near to the beach. Its relaxing. One of the things that can be improved is the wifi signal because most of the rooms (esp upper floors) are unable to connect. Low signals I think. Another is putting a mirror in some of the rooms. next would be installing a microwave and that would be a addition. Overall, it was a good place to stay for families and friends. Away from the city. As a reviewer/customer, I have no bad feelings for the management etc but I hope that all those comments that I gave can be implemented/used it for the greater good of your villa. I wish you nothing but the best for business. Thank you (DO STAY THERE EVERYONE)

My initiation into AirB&B was marred by experience in this property. The garden had a water feature that was littered with cigarette butts. Bad first impression. The only room downstairs which i believe is a maid's room, had a window facing the back lane but there was no curtain. The part of the sink in my room was mouldy. Toiletries were supposed to be provided but some rooms had none and those that had, were merely shower gel & shampoos where the canisters were nearly empty. There was no shower curtain in the bathrooms- imagine the condition of the floor after each shower. Could be a fire trap too as the place has not back door.

Main gate was not working with automated door, thus owner suggested we use the side door, so could not park car inside the car pouch. No toiletries, tissue papers nor toilet papers were provided, so we need to make a trip to buy them. Not enough towels were provided subsequently had to call owner to provide in the night (after he asked many questions), where he came and left in a rush, probably in fear that we might raise more issues discovered in the house. Many of the areas were not thoroughly cleaned up i.e. front door area, the front pouch (lots of leaves, rocks, sand, etc) - we had to do self-cleaning eventually to make our living environment pleasant for the next 2 days.. There was a protruding nail (2 cm) on the 3rd floor of the parquet floor, not obvious by sight, however as I was inspecting the house (since we had children), and stepped on it, was glad that i managed not hurt myself too bad. I had to put a tape over it to caution everyone. Pipes were dripping so we hear water tickling sound every were in the house… probably not well maintained. All the kitchen bathroom, shower screen, sink etc were poorly maintained, not cleaned, the common toilet on the 2nd floor had missing toilet roll holder. One of the dinning room’s chair seems to be slightly sunk in although we sat on it. All the kitchen’s knives are blunt and unstable… Washing bay area’s light was not working therefore we had a hard time when we needed to use the washing machine in the evening… Subsequently on the last day, one of the toilet on the 3rd floor’s room was faulty, could not even utilise the flush system anymore and all the debris were left in stuck in the bowl which was truly disgusting… Another strange management is owner controlled all room’s aircon remote control, and there is only 1-2 aircon remote control for a villa that has about 7 rooms…. absolutely doesn’t make any practical sense specially when you want to adjust temperature or movement of fan. As you can probably expect, there was no make up villa services offered even though we were there for 2 days. We had to clean up the place on our own the next day to upkeep the cleanliness. No professionalism to be punctual when his clients are already present @ his place, and he was still at least 1.5 hours late. He claimed he offers no 5 star hotel service as he cannot afford to due to high business cost, although he has advertised his villa as 5 star standard in your booking portal.surprisingly at this time of the century, this villa has no wi-fi provided…. Only after much coaxing, Dan Lim brought some router the next day and asked us to set it up on our own. Owner’s way of handling his client’s deposit, swinging from one verdict to another deduction is simply unprofessional, really displaying his dishonest and cheating behaviour which is unacceptable. He did not provide us a checklist of items for pre-verification upon arrival, how is it now fair that we have to compensate him a chair that is already half broken and many things in the house that is dysfunctional ? maid cleaning service was slipshot and pathetic , probably not given enough time to clean up the entire villa, since handover from one guest to another was too short, and she already handed over the keys to us when she saw our arrival.
