The room is rather smaller than I expected and booking online, I was given a room with no window. The access to the lobby from the car park is quite a hassle for first time guests. Guests have to settle the parking fees on their own and it costs RM8 per night.

The staff was friendly and helping before I been to same place not like that .now lot improve .hope next stay need improve more then more.we back next 3 months with family.the room view also nice almost everything ok for us.

(+) Price was ok but more on the expensive affordable side for us young travellers. But the facilities and location were very good. Clean toilet. Many interesting shops and restaurants at Setiawalk. Very good menu and very clean mamak place downstairs.

Horrible experience in this hotel:
Basic things like tv/aircon control and towel must ask then provide.
Cup n kettle Super dirty
Tap and soap dispenser very loose.
No free parking.
Don’t ever stay here even how cheap it is.

The reception staff are very rude & lazy and can never find your booking, I had to ask the lady on the front reception Twice if I could check in as she was to busy watching a movie on her telephone. I'll never stay there again unless I really have to.
I would recommend Bespoke Hotel just further down instead, they are a lot more organized & courteous.
