I was travelling with my other 6 friends and I love the hostel's concept which reminds us of our European trip a few years ago. We got a room and each with our own bunk beds and lockers underneath the beds.
Shower and toilets are clean. I'm quite worried about the idea of communal shower and toilet at first, due to the fact that public toilets in Malaysia have a quite bad reputation because unlike western European or Japanese cultures, they do clean up after. But thank God they've hired a young lady to keep it clean round the clock.
Food is plentiful. Unlike many hostels in SEA, which you have to prepare your own breakfast, this one has a full-fledge cafe at the ground floor serving local and western /fusion food. Price is affordable and comparable to any similar cafe nearby.
