This is by far the worst hotel experience I ever encountered. This hotel is far from airport and will take 25 minutes with a grab to get here. When I landed in KL. I used what’sapp to contact them, the support too for er to respond and when they finally responded they said their next shuttle will be there in 30 minuets And will charge me 22 ringet for a ride but I am not allowed to go on it as customer must confirm 2 hours early and I must wait 2 hours first. I told her if the shuttle is coming and has empty place why I have to wait 2 hours, she told me this is the role. I took grab and when I arrived to hotel they told me first I can’t check in after 4 am even. They offered to charge me for another room. I got furious I just paid at 11 pm and no such a thing was mentioned. After fighting with them and explain I will only stay 5 hrs, they told me okay I have to pay 22 ringet for tax. They finally give me a key I tried to go up but the elevator wouldn’t go up and one of the staff finally came to help me click hard on the button to work. I went up to the room that was filthy with broken ac. I tried to call the staff to find out the phone is not working either. Finally I had to go down and the same staff came up to help me, she saw it wasn’t working and tried to give me another room, the next room had same problem , third room the ac was working but there was cockroaches running around, she finally moved me to 4th that was also dirty and ac is still hardly working but I was exhausted. Everything in this place was so dirty including the pillows that was pure yellow. A side from this single nice staff who helped me the rest of them were awful, I went down stair asked for wake up call and shuttle to airport. They didn’t give me wake up call and when I went down the girl who helped me wasn’t there and other staff were ignorant, I asked where is my shuttle ride, they checked and found my name and that I already paid for it, they called driver who said he is busy and can’t come now I have to wait for an hour. I got pissed off and called grab and paid 2x the rate because of surge time, they didn’t refund me for my ride that they didn’t offer , staff didn’t even bother help with my luggage. By far the worst motel (they don’t qualify to be call hotel I ever been to in my life and I travel all the time). You are better sleeping in the airport on chair over staying here. Never again

Lokasi berada dekat Bandara . Hotel menyediakan Penjemputan Bandara dengan biaya 11 MYR. Penjemputan dilakukan di 1st Level KLIA 1, depan Door 3 Silahkan me-request dari jauh hari atau anda juga bisa menelpon hotel di saat anda tiba. Kamar cukup bagus dan bersih. WiFi sangat bagus dan cepat. (hanya saja... kecil).

Lokasi tidak jauh dari bandar udara kuala lumpur sepang. kami menginap saat event motogp, hotel menyediakan minibus untuk menuju ke sirkuit sepang. hotel juga menyediakan bus transport menuju bandara maupun menuju pusat kota secara terjadwal. sangat mudah mencari makanan di sekeliling hotel karena terdapat fast food restaurant, pizza, nasi kandar serta minimarket. Kamar dan fasiitas sangat nyaman untuk sekelas budget hotel walaupun ruangan kamar untuk 2 orang tidak terlalu luas.

Kami sekeluarga selalu ke Bandar Enstek, sebelum kewujudan Hotel ini lagi. Bagi kami, layanan, dan bilik tidur adalah bagus untuk harga yang ditawarkan, memandangkan di lokasi itu tiada hotel lain lagi untuk disewa. Namun, tiada tarikan utama di Bandar Enstek, melainkan di Seremban atau Nilai atau Putrajaya. Bagus untuk disewa jika pelanggan ada tujuan khusus untuk ke lokasi tersebut.

Hanya Cocok bagi wisatawan yang ingin transit di kuala lumpur dalam hitungan jam saja, sangat sulit untuk ke pusat kota krn sarana transportasi umum yang sangat jauh, kalau ingin ke pusat kota mesti ke bandara dulu untuk naik bis umum

This place should never be named a hotel, it is awful. I made reservation at the hotel before midnight and i pointed out i arrive 5 am. My stay was short. When i arrived, i contacted the hotel with whatsapp, they took forever to respond. I asked if they have an airport transpiration, they told me yes but they will charge me 22 Ringet and the shuttle come to airport every hour. I mentioned i like to use it however the hotel staff on whatsapp told me, i can't go on the next shuttle, i must wait 2 hours even if there is space on the shuttle to confirm my reservation. I took a grab (cost me 50 ringet). When i arrived to hotel, there were 2 ladies in front desk i explained that i have reservation, they told me sorry you can't check in we close it at 4 am, but we can charge you for new room. I got furious what the hell that mean i am here for 5 hours at most and i leave before check out time. When i got angry they told me okay we will check u in. They give ma key. I went to the elevator, went inside and clicked on the button but it didn't work, one of the staff was a nice girl and i like to point out she was the only nice staff i met in that hotel the rest were awful. she came in and tried to help me get up and apologized for the elevator. I went to the 1st floor (there is only 1 floor), i got into the room. the room was awful, dirty, sheets are yellow, worse part was the broken A/C. i went down and pointed the issue out, the nice girl came with me up and tried to fix it but it is all worn off. she got another key for another room that was also broken, then a 3rd room that had cockroaches inside. Then another room that she hardly was able to open, the place was awful but i got tired. I went down and paid for transportation with the rude staff and asked for shuttle at 11 and wake up call at 10. Thanks god i had my alarms on, they never called me. Went down to find out 2 new staff, i asked for check out and where the driver. They checked the sheet to find my name there then called driver to tell me sorry drive is not available he will be here at 12. Care to wait. One of the staff ignored me and went outside to smoke. Off course i couldn't wait, i ran out and took grab to pay more than 50 ringet back to airport. This hotel is so awful. You better off anywhere else, i also like to point out, it is not close to airport as they claim. 25 minuet drive is the distance between KLIA 1 and this place in an empty highway
