Ideally situated on the pristine white sandy beaches of Balok Beach, this hotel is just off the charming east coast town of Kuantan. Swiss-Garden Beach Resort Kuantan provides luxurious accommodation with well appointed and furnished rooms complemented by natural surroundings. Bordered by lush tropical greenery and unspoiled nature, the azure waters of the South China Sea greet you as you head down to the beach. Dining options include the Garden Terrace, Swiss Deli, Malibu, and the Blossom Chinese Restaurant. Swiss-Garden Beach Resort Kuantan, recently upgraded kiddie’s pool is named Splash. It offers various features including spiral and freeform slides, water sprouting area and tipping bucket surprise. On top of that, the hotel’s outdoor Jacuzzi has also been beautified and renovated into an even more conducive place to relax and rejuvenate. Please note these changes in tax structure will result in revised taxes being charged and will be payable additionally during check in.

A security deposit of MYR 200 per room per night is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.

Additional mattress is available at an additional charge of MYR 194.40nett per room per night.

All Reservations are subject to Government Rules and Regulations.

Guests are required to pay Cukai Kelestarian (Sustainability Tax) of MYR 3.00 per room per night, as required by the Pahang State Government. This amount is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly to the hotel.

Removing and shifting of furniture including separating of mattress from the Divan is strictly not permitted as this will cause damage to the items. A penalty fee will be imposed for the cleaning and re-arranging of furniture and mattress to its original position.

Any damage to the mattress and/or Divan, a fee of replacement will be charged.

If the room is found to be excessively messy, a penalty fee will be imposed for cleaning of the room.

All rooms in the hotel are designed as NON-SMOKING Rooms. cleaning fee will be imposed for non-compliance.

Children aged 11 years and below stay for free on bed only basis when using existing bedding, breakfast is not included.

As part of our continued commitment to enhance our property and facilities, the resort is currently embarking on the final phase of renovation and is scheduled to be completed by 30 May 2025. Our Main Lobby, Garden Terrace Restaurant and Swiss-Deli will undergo a significant transformation.
