Small glitch when the room key is not working and after 1 hour they swap me to another room, have requested for room to be cleaned on the 2nd day but nobody came. There are cases when fan is not working, digital tv channel is missing, remote air-cond is not provided. However I can accept this shortcoming as this place is still new, lots of work need to be done. The food for breakfast is moderate. Most of the menu is repeated on the second day. Other then this everything else is good. The staffs are friendly, the view is nice, the water fountain show is entertaining and the private pool is good!

Two nights were spent there. We were satisfied with the services provided by check-in, breakfast registration, housekeeping, restaurant, guards, receptionist, and check-out. The villa is big and clean. Only the private pool water was in a dirty and unclean condition. That's not what I wanted. Breakfast was decent. The Malaysian dishes were a big portion for 4 people and tasty. So far, we didn't mind about food. Highly recommended.

All the services provided here were satisfactory, from check-in, breakfast registration, housekeeping, restaurant, guards, receptionist, and check-out. The villa was large and spotless. The only water in the private pool was not very clear and clean. The breakfast was fine, and the Malaysian dish was a very generous portion for 4 people.

Vila tipe hotel dengan kolam renang pribadi. Kolamnya cocok untuk anakanak, hanya Vila tersebut sangat rapat dengan Vila lain sehingga manusia di sebelah bisa menampar kami saat mandi. Kamar dan kamar air sangat bagus. Sarapan untuk 4 orang dan makanan sangat banyak sedap. Parking kereta di depan Vila, jadi mudah bagi kami untuk mengangkut bersama. Layanan buggy pun cepat, hanya karna depan Vilha.
