We had a great time in this hotel, it's situated in an old courtyard building with beautifully restored charm, a nice staff, and spacious rooms, which is perfectly suitable for our two young children. The perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown!

We loved this experience. The hotel is exquisite, amazing, and very comfy. They pay close attention to detail. The reception and breakfast women are always happy to help you and give you the best advice. The guys cleaning the room are very polite and always do their best.

Ai tee welcomed us with open arms and addressed us in the morning and asked if we were eligible. She personally greeted us upon arrival, and over drinks, she gave us some fantastic tips on where to go and what to do, along with maps. Weve been to the opening many times, but ai tee assisted us in finding wonderful local restaurants to eat and drink nearby! Also worth the trip was the opening Peranakan museum. The hotel itself is tidy and very lovely, so you feel as though youre living the life of a wealthy penangite family around 1880. Ai tee set up for us to have tea and local kush for breakfast to avoid getting soaked on the second day. Highly advised for a truly genuine and enjoyable experience!.

An old Chinese building in amazing condition that gives you an authentic feeling. Clean and well maintained hotel in the middle of Georgetown while surrounded by all the aspects of Little India. Access to tea, coffee at any time and use of the kitchen. The staff make sure you feel welcome and ready to provide support, advice and great suggestions at all times. Definitely a place if you want to be quiet while still staying in the heart of Georgetown.
