Kamarnya sebanding dengan harga yang Anda bayar. Kunci pintu kedua rusak, tidak ada toilet duduk dan kamar mandinya tidak bagus, tapi ada air panasnya! Ini kejutan yang menyenangkan. Mereka menjual keripik kentang dan mie instan, yang bagus karena tidak banyak toko di sekitar hotel yang buka dekat Gua Batu!

Tidak ideal. Lingkungan kamar cukup bersih, namun selimutnya ada kotoran berwarna kuning. Saya tidak dapat terhubung ke internet dan meskipun saya mengeluh, staf tidak dapat membantu. Pada hari check-in, staf memberi tahu saya bahwa tangki air rusak dan tidak ada sumber air. Pelanggan juga harus membayar sendiri biaya parkir.

The hotel was good. The room was nice. The staff was very helpful. This hotel is in a private building with private parking, and of course you have to pay for it. A maximum 1 day parking fee of rm 14.

This place is a great place to stay, its conveniently located near the mrt, making it easy to explore the area. The staff at the counter are also friendly. The cleanliness aspect is satisfactory, however, there is room for improvement.

Honest review of my two nights there. There is always security at the entrance when you ascend to the fourth floor, and i was greeted by a welcoming atmosphere as you ascend the elevator. The neighborhood employees were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the environment was tidy. Remember that no card is accepted, that you must deposit with cash, and that you can pay in cash or pay online. When i got to my room, it was a decent, basic clean room. There is a small snack shop next to the counter, including keropok, drinks, and a mee cup. Since im only staying for a few days, there are no windows. The room has a ceiling fan and air conditioning. And, regrettably, the television wasnt working. The hotel has a communal balcony with lovely lighting and a lovely outlook. Overall, we had a great time there and will return there when i return there on my next business trip.

Because of its reasonable price, i chose this hotel. The public balcony offers lovely views! The rooms cleanliness was satisfactory, with no table or shelf for storing belongings, everything was simply placed on the floor. There is hourly paid parking available.

We were able to check in as early as 10 am thanks to their excellent flexibility. I didnt want to wait because we arrived at the hotel so early. This was a major benefit. Excellent service was also provided by the staff. I will definitely recommend sending a friend there.

This hotel is very good and the size of the room is okay. The price of the hotel room is very cheap. The room is also very clean. The hotel staff is very friendly. The view from the window room is very amazing with a great city view. Last but not least, my experience was very good. If i want to make my room, the staff can do it whether morning or night. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Since the last time i checked in here, the tropical hotel has greatly improved. The atmosphere and atmosphere are becoming lively. The room has also seen a significant improvement. I only hope they update their bed linens and fix their wifi. It appears to be dated and yellowish. Apart from that, i give this hotel a 5star rating for its improvement.
