I was scammed at this hotel: Grand Hotel Elizabeth there is no hotel. Doors are locked. I had to make another reservation at Hampton Inn by Hilton. I lost 1200 pesos 68 Canadian. When I call them they immediately hang up. I am very upset and disappointed. This never happened to me before Mexico.

The maps were both completely wrong. After driving around for an hour in nightmare traffic I gave up and was headed to Best Western when I saw the name up high above a street of shops. The driveway is minute and just says entrance in Spanish. Room is large and modern.

we spent one night here and loved the hotel. ts only about 1 1/2 years old and everything was new and comfortable. All the staff was very friendly and helpful About a 15 min walk to the centre of town. Excellent off street secure parking and this was also a nice large area to walk our dog off street. Would definately stay here again. Breakfast was ok.
