Excellent staff. Excellent services. Excellent location. Completely satisfied. Excellent clean room. Excellent breakfast. I will highly recommend the hotel to all my friends. Provided excellent tour suggestions. Provided excellent tour company guides. The tours suggested were excellent.

I don't think I realized that the Parque Marimba is actually not in the busiest center part of Tuxtla Gutierrez. Which is not a bad thing, as there are plenty of restaurants to choose from and frankly being in this area was a good compromise--plenty of life, but more relaxed. And the Parque Marimba itself has a fun energy about it, with entertainers and people dancing. One thing I appreciated about this location was that Jaguar Tours is situated there, which made it a good starting point for a tour to the Parque del Sumidero. The room was very clean and comfortable. The gym was small but served its purpose. Breakfast is included but be warned that things get busy, so you might be waiting a bit for a seat. A nice establishment all in all that I was glad to return to.

This is not a place to turn up late in the evening, as there is no restaurant. For a one night stop on the way, it would probably suffice, but not for anything else. There is however a Bar and Restaurant just down the road which services decent food and drinks. Will review it separately

My family and I stayed at this hotel during Christmas before going to San Cristóbal. I enjoyed the fresh and clean atmosphere at this comfortable location. The bright stars of this location were many and they started with secure interior parking, friendly service at the counter, a very good breakfast representative of Mexican/USA/Europe styles combined, and a great location. My favorite star of this location was the bed! After hiking through Tuxtla and the waterfalls at Chiflon, we loved sinking into the super soft beds the dreaming easily. I should make an honorable mention to the knowledgeable and friendly taxi driver Jorge who sits out in front of the hotel waiting for hotel business. He took us all over Tuxtla and to Chiflon (6 hrs!). I highly recommend this location.

Well...i I only visited the lobby. For a future visit, I was looking for a more center location. This is such a hotel. I stopped by and spoke with Victor at the front desk. He was extremely friendly, informative, welcoming. If he is a reflection of the hotel, in total, I would recommend staying here. However, I didn't actually stay in the rooms.
