Great secure parking that was perfect for me dragging a long trailer.
My visit started with Claudia at the front seat. Really nice woman, and so very helpful.
The hotel has great amenities that all have been mentioned. Breakfast starts at 6:30 and we were out before 7.
Perfect stay.

This is a very nice and clean hotel, with no doubt the best in the City of Tuxtla. I like a lot the confortable beds and the room was always pristine after they serviced. The staff was very helpful and always smiling. The next trip we have planned to Tuxtla, we will stay here again.

Great experience From the check-in, to the quality of the room, maid service and breakfast. Rooms were clean, spacious and with all the amenities: Coffee, desk, ironing board, dryer, extra toiletries, clean towels. Staff was very friendly in all areas of the hotel. Great Mexican hospitality! Location is ideal for this town and access to everything!

Very nice place with fabulous facilities. Super comfortable beds and really helpful staff. We hope we can come back again to tuxtla guttierrez sometime soon and enjoy another stay at the holiday inn. Thanks!

The pool area is nice and clean and very spacious. Breakfast is very good with buffet of fruit, bread, pastries, hot meals and mexican snack station (quesadillas, Omelette, tacos) . The rooms have a good size are clean and the a/c functions very well. There is parking available and it is a quicl ride to the airport and the center. I can recommend this place.
