Internet in Viva Hotel is too bad, some places it is impossible to get signal. You call and never get solution for this issue. My suggestion is improve the internet and TV Cable are a few good channel.

This hotel is near all the action plus the park and lake. This hotel has all the amenities you could want at a very reasonable price. The staff really goes out of its way to make sure you are taken care of.

Comfortable rooms - just a renovation would help. The pool not opens until 10:00hrs which is not very favorable. Breakfast is buffet with good selection of Mexican food. You have different kind of stores close in case you forgot something to pack.

The wi-fi connexion wasn't optimal. It's too bad when you're traveling abroad. The sanitaries could be renovated but operational.
Breakfast was perfect (specially the eggs, drinks and frijoles!) and the staff very kind and helpfull ! The swimmingpool was so delightfull.

This modern hotel was perfect after a long bus ride from Yucatan. Well-appointed, clean, and anxious to please when our large group needed a place to meet for a few hours. Hot shower and a comfortable bed. Perfect layover spot.
