All Hotel team work so hard to support to Customers on every issue at every time. Specially Jose Manuel Martinez (Bell Boy). He is an excellent worker and responsible person. When I went to the hotel with my Family Jose Manuel support us very good.

We really enjoyed our stay here for a friend's wedding. All of the staff was very nice and very helpful. Jose Manuel Martinez was a wealth of information and he went above and beyond for us. The rooms suited us just fine. When we visit again, we are definitely staying here again.

was the greatest place i have ever stay close to everything i needed plus great price.
great rooms , good people all around , very welcome, clean attention to detail.
one thing missing .........................a pool!

Excellent hotel, room, location, super professional, friendly and personalized Staff.
Lobby bar without red wine, "sangritas"(mixer for the mexican tequila), running out of vodka, only 1 soap bar for each room, lack of bottled water.
Breakfast buffet excellent!

I don¨t like that I made my reservation with an offer sales discount and when I received the account without it I was dissapointed . I claim for it but the recepectionist toll me that it was considered . This Is a bad practice of sales strategy because clients feel like a scam
