Todas las instalaciones y el servicio del hotel es excelente la atención muy cordial la habitación muy innovadora con microondas servicio de vajilla copas cuchillos todo para que puedas prepararte algo ahí, además te ofrecen un servicio de desayuno continental.

Muy linda propiedad, con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de playa del Carmen, la habitación un lujo! Solo tener en cuenta el ruido exterior por las 2 discotecas que están al frente, pero a nosotros no nos incomodó mucho.

Muy bonita habitación, muy limpia, espaciosa y todo funcionando, adquirimos el paquete romance el cual incliuye decoración de la habitación, velitas tipo led, botella de vino y fresas con chocolate, todo les quedo de 10. La alberca y terraza super limpia, al hacer el check out nos permitieron seguir haciendo uso de la alberca, nos proporcionaron toallas y al final utilizamos el baño que se encuentra en la terraza y así salimos ya limpiecitos.. recomendado 100% para parejas y familia, super la ubicación.

Employees were amazing, especially Pamela. Location was perfect. Hotel was super cute with lots of amenities. It was hard to sleep at night due to the noisy clubs and breakfast was mediocre, but it was a good value and I will be going back.

Great stay, very good location. It's right opposite a bar so a bit noisy but we slept very good, no trouble at all. Very basic breakfast, just what we needed. The staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Special shout out to Jorge!

Excellent and near everything. AMAZING value. Superb room, great welcome gift and wonderful staff. The bars across the street are a bit noisy though. Its the obly downside and its truly pit of their control.

Hotel é lindo e a suíte é enorme e muito bem decorada. A cama é muito confortável, cozinha equipada, o ventilador na sala secava todas as minhas roupas. A localização é ótima, fica a alguns passos da Quinta Avenida e do restaurante La Bodeguita del Medio, que é o ponto de encontro de vários passeios, como Xcaret e Chichen Itza. O staff também foi muito cordial e solícito. Ponto negativos: café da manhã poderia ser melhor. O som alto da boate em frente ao hotel incomoda se você se hospedar nos quartos da frente.
