Very bad experience. I stayed in the first floor and the music of the restaurants downstairs is loud. You can even listen it in your room. There were a lot of kids staying or living in the hotel, and they were yelling and running in the hallways at night. Carpet in the hallway smells since there is no A/C in the hallways and the humidity is very high. Breakfast is very poor.

There aren't many reviews for this new property, particularly in English. So, I'll start by highly recommending the hotel. As it is new, everything is great in appearance and cleanliness.
Check-in was smooth and we received a warm welcome.
We booked using points but the room tariff was modest - it is actually a bargain! It is adjacent to the Crowne Plaza where we dined.
There is secure free parking available and there are a number of restaurants right outside the hotel.
Again, I highly recommend it.

No hace falta mencionar que la atención personalizada y profesional de la gerente general, Iris, fue una de los grandes detalles .
Recomendable ampliamente para estancias largad o simplemente para tener un buen descanso !

Viajar por trabajo no había sido tan agradable como mi estancia en este hotel. La calidad de la habitación y sus espacios en general. Además que se esmeran en dar a conocer productos locales en un espacio de armonía exclusivo para sus huéspedes... Nos invitaron a degustar cervezas artesanales de tabasco.

Hotel en proceso de construcción, muy mala experiencia, mucho ruido, muchos detalles con el terminado de las paredes, muchas paredes sucias, decepciona que por querer recuperar la inversión inicien operaciones cuando aún no están listos. Sin duda cuando quede terminado al 100% será una muy buena opción, por ahora no lo es. Solo opera el primer piso del hotel. Las amenidades en el baño podrían ser mejores.
