Palmareca Suites & Hotel

We are just finishing our 6th stay at the BW Palmareca and as always it has been excellent. Check-in was very efficient and our room was ready straight away despite us arriving early in the morning. The rooms are spacious and clean and ideal for a family of three. Our housekeeper each day has been wonderful and kept our room very clean and tidy. We have used the gym a few times and also enjoyed spending time in the palapa in the hotel grounds. The on-site restaurant is outstanding (in particular the breakfast which is offered at a special rate for hotel guests). The food is very high quality and the service is amazing. There is also a nice play area to entertain the kids. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. All of the staff work hard to make sure the guests have a great stay and everyone is very friendly. The hotel is very safe for families and ideally located to explore Tuxtla. Muchas gracias BW Palmareca! See you next year :-)

We just completed our fifth stay at the Best Western in Tuxtla. Everything from check-in to check-out was perfect. Our room which was available straight away was larger than your average room and has everything for a comfortable stay. The room was cleaned very well every day & we never had to ask for anything. The staff throughout the hotel cannot do enough for you. Everyone is friendly & wants to make sure you have the best stay possible. We had breakfast at the hotel everyday and all I can say is wow! Very reasonable prices but the biggest selection. One small suggestion is that the lunch/dinner menu at the restaurant could be expanded a bit with more lighter options. However all the food we had while we were there was excellent. To summarise this is the best hotel choice if you are visiting Chiapas and want a family friendly and safe place to stay. We will be back for our 6th stay later in 2019. Gracias Best Western Tuxtla!

It is a very dreary and dated property with little to either condemn nor commend it. The rooms are clean but depressingly dreary. The breakfast buffet, although adequate, feels like it is in the middle of a busy street.

This was our fourth stay at the hotel and yet again we had a great time. Our room was large with two double beds and a good size bathroom. There is coffee making facilities and bottled water is left daily. The hotel is very quiet even when it is full. Breakfast for guests is now served in the Palapa which is a nice addition. There is a good selection and the food is always fresh. The best part about the hotel is the staff. Everyone is friendly and makes sure you have everything you need. We will 100% be back for a fifth visit soon.

The hotel is pretty, it is clean and it is comfortable. The customer service is outstanding and the staff is always willing to help. The restaurant served great breakfast and dinner as well. Breakfast was buffet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Tuxtla Gutierrez, Chiapas.
