We recently spent a couple days in Villahermosa on a bus layover and stayed at this great hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the food in the restaurant and bar is excellent! The drinks and appies in the bar were especially delicious. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a good position and the doorman, desk staff all very good. Nice room and pool on the roof. There is no bar in the hotel. The restaurant was terrible. One girl sitting at her desk on her phone all the time, the waiter disinterested, no wine in the restauarnt, Very limited menu, I had a spagetti alfredo which came with ham and chilies in obviously don't know how to cook that, my husband had a club sandwich, have no idea what the meat was. We ordered to fans, so bland. While we was having our meal the cleaner started mopping the floor in the restaurant and even around us.They don't open until 7pm so I would of thought that could of been done when shut. A nice hotel but the restaurant lets it down tremendously, so no stay in future.

This hotel is not bad but is not that good, rooms are pretty small if you are doing a business trip be careful internet is really bad, also the bathroom is ugly, there is a lot of noise in the hallway during night time. The location is not the best one, entrance looks really good

I would not recommend this Hotel to friends for many reasons. Non of the desk staff spoke English, which was ok for some of our group but not for all. They charged us each a different price for our rooms. The rooms were small, clean but no windows that I could actually see out of. I don't know the reason but there was a very intense music starting after 12am and lasting most of the night. Since no one was in the restaurant at the Hotel we decided to go to the restaurant across the street, which was almost impossible to cross with any safe means . There were no pedestrian crossing and it took much skill to do so. They advertised a shuttle to the airport and there was none.

As was written - not in the center but very close to La Venta and fantastic Laguna de las Illusiones. Good rooms, but it was the most expensive room during our stay in Mexico. The most expensive but not the best. Price was different than on the website and the staff couldn`t explain it (poor english, even worse than mine :).
