Victoria Express

This midddle price range hotel is located approximately half way between the airport and city center. It is modern clean and staffed by friendly helpful people. They are environmentally aware with some room lights being on motion sensor timers and the ability to request your bedding and towels not be changed every day. They thoughtfully provide complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby, a coffee maker in the room and an evening door to door snack service. My room booking included breakfast which was available from the adjacent Bistro Garden restaurant. Breakfast was significantly more than the usual coffee and toast. It was your choice from hot cakes, eggs and toast or chilaquiles. There was sufficient hot water in the spacious walk in shower. The bathroom was handicapped friendly. The only drawback was that the towels were like drying yourself with a very large piece of sandpaper. The room was equipped with cable tv to a I would guess 37 in wall mounted flat screen tv, WiFi and several electrical outlets and USB charging ports. The single draw back was the spotty WiFi signal. Relaxing atmosphere, clean comfortable room and friendly staff all contributed to a great stay. Overall one of the most enjoyable hotel stays I have experienced.

Terrific, right across the board. Very clean and nice. Terrific service, all polite and super friendly and helpful. Wonderful free breakfast, not the average roll and coffee but a real breakfast with choices. Early evening complimentary door service snack cart was a nice unexpected touch. The price was very reasonable too. It was a little too cold to use the swimming pool but the heated Jacuzzi was great. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Would be a first choice for a return visit to Durango. Sorry no 4 legged furry friends allowed.

On sight parking security. Professional staff, speaking English (Ingles) and Espanol. Brass sculptures are beautiful. Free coffee in the lobby. Oxxo gas station in next lot for simple needs. 5 star's.

it was a great surprise to found this hotel, it has a good location, quite, it was very clean, and the rooms looks like new, the price is good an excellent service for the price. the hot breakfast was great very compete!!

Not a five star but the rooms are excellent, very clean, sober, nice 55" LED with access to some English spoken movies, Fox News, and the rest in Spanish. The staff has been extremely courteous and took care of all my needs. Their restaurant serves excellent food, not rushing but not too slow either. The staff at the restaurant even got me a stuffed chair when I mentioned that the terrace chair I was sitting was to hard and bothersome. I have been pampered, I am enjoying it (still here) and would most certainly return whenever the opportunity arises.
