If you like hard beds and noisy creaky floors, then this is the place for you! Good shower pressure though, helpful staff and the breakfast was adequate. This hotel chain does not supply conditioner in the bathroom, shampoo is there, but not conditioner

Nice hotel located outside the center. Around there is a shopping center, a cinema, a theater and little else, so I would say that it's okay to stay one night. The center can also be reached on foot but the walk is a bit long.
The hotel is very nice with bright and spacious rooms. The bathroom is a bit small but still clean even if there is a curtain in the shower and not the glass and I do not like it very much because it gives the idea of poor hygiene but are personal tastes.
I used the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The dinner was not exceptional but I would give a 6/10. Breakfast was also of little choice, perhaps more like a b & b breakfast. Rated breakfast 5/10
Of note that in my bed there were dirty sheets that they replaced quickly after reporting it. It can happen but it is a very serious thing and this will affect the final grade.
Overall a good hotel certainly not 5 star but a 3 star ... on trust!

Nice clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food served in the Restaurant is very good. It is located out of town, too far to walk, about a $40 pesos taxi fare. The noise from the hallway travels into the rooms. If you are a light sleeper the noise of people coming and will wake you up.

Our birding guide suggested this spot, and it worked well for us. Large comfy room, good bed, great shower, attractive decor. Not in the crazy crowded center of town, so easy to get out to the birding sites we visited. More expensive than others, but we arrived in time for a "2 for1" price special.

The hotel is easy to find (currently a large deep red building) on a main intersection into town. It is beside a large shopping centre and is a 25 minute walk (or short taxi ride) to the centre of town. The walk is flat and easy. The breakfast good and plentiful and the rooms clean. Staff were friendly and obliging. The internet connection was free and good, even in our room which was one of the furthest from the reception lobby.
