リゾート地のホテルと言った感じで、全体的にとてもきれいで静かです。スタッフの対応もよく、英語のできるスタッフは少ないですが、フランス語しか話せない人でもしっかりと対応する姿勢をみせてくれました。部屋も広く清潔で、テレビの画質もgood！でも客室内のWi-fiの環境は良くなかったと思います。バスルームも清潔で、水圧、温度もgoodです。朝食も美味しく、終始平穏に過ごせました。

Personnel accueillant et serviable, j'avais eu une chambre côté piscine bruillante, j'ai demandé le changement de la chambre, ma demande étais satisfaite sans problème le lendemain, hôtel bien situé, calme et offre une belle vie et de la sécurité, ce que je recommande vivement de rénové un peu certaine choses, frigo qui marcher pas, WC à entretenir, et un peu de traitement anti fourmis surtt pour les chambre en RDC, un hôtel avec haut potentiel et bien situé vous offre un agréable séjour malgré les petit soucis qui peuvent être facilement règlé..bonne continuation

Het hotel is nog vrij nieuw en alles ziet er goed verzorgd uit. Er was een heerlijke douche en elke dag waren er weer voldoende schone handdoeken en zeepjes. Rondom het zwembad zijn voldoende mogelijkheden om te zitten, liggen, relaxen in de schaduw of in de zon. Ontbijtbuffet is prima, met meer dan voldoende keuze! Via een paadje kom je bij het strand waar je stoelen en een tafeltje met parasol kunt huren. Daar is altijd bedrijvigheid met natuurlijk de gebruikelijke verkopers maar die waren niet opdringerig. Wat we niet prettig vonden is dat bijna iedere ochtend voor 9 uur de schoonmaakster onze kamer in kwam om te kijken of ze al kon poetsen, terwijl wij nog in bed lagen. Er was geen hangertje of iets anders waarmee je kenbaar kon maken dat ze nog niet mochten poetsen. Het dinerbuffet was redelijk, want er was weinig keuze en niet alles was warm. Wel een heerlijk toetjesbuffet. In verhouding erg duur voor de geleverde kwaliteit.

Hôtel très confortable, assez excentré (5min en voiture du centre ville, 60DH en taxi), accès directe à la plage de Sfiha très intéressant. L'hôtel propose une salle de sport payante et différents service spa que nous n'avons pas essayé. La piscine est agréable, d'autant plus que nous étions les seuls clients de l'hôtel en plein mois de juillet (Ramadan). Le principale problème était la connexion wifi qui ne marchait pas non plus dans notre chambre, mais vite oublié grâce à l'amabilité du personnel...
