Right, I stayed here twice for a total of seven nights, so I got to know the hotel quite well.
The staff are friendly, helpful and they will out of their way to assist you in any way that they can. Some understand English better than others, so a little patience is required at times to ensure that your message/request don't get lost in translation.
The rooms are large, comfortable and well equipped. Like many things in Myanmar, the final finish of the rooms is not quite perfect, and you may find a few minor issues. For example the shower in the bathroom leaked and the TV screen was a little small for such a large room.
I judge a hotel on the quality of the WiFi, here it was generally OK in the guest rooms. Sometimes it dropped, but I found it usually worked very well in the public areas.
The breakfast is buffet style, but you can request cooked eggs as well. Not the greatest selection of food for my western tastes, but enough to make the experience enjoyable.
Evening meals are nice and the service is good. The menu has a decent selection of Asian and western style dishes, which are reasonable priced.
The hotel was very quiet when I stayed (April); often I would be the only guest in the restaurant in the evenings. It was so quiet, that I only saw the bar being used once the whole time I was there, however I understand that they will open it upon request. In fact, I found it rather disconcerting that there were so few guests, the hotel lacked atmosphere as a result.
Overall, it was a good place to stay, especially considering the cost of the rooms.
