Stayed with them for 15 days. Excellent service, location, rooms etc. Highly recommend! Food great and try the Skybar on roof. Breathtaking view of the city and nice and reasonably priced drinks. Nothing bad to say!

The hotel is centrally located with a range of sights nearby. We stayed in the very large presidential suite. The suite was generously furnished with lots of lovely decorative items. The bathroom was spacious with all amenities one can think of. The lounge is rather small but has everything you need with a good buffet breakfast and free flow in the evening hours. Service staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a fantastic view from the lounge. The rooftop pool is great as well as the rooftop bar with a great vibe, especially in the evening when you have the best view of Windhoek by night. Hotel staff is friendly and professional.

We were a party of 19 adults on our way to see the fantastic Namibia Wildlife. Windhoek Hilton hotel has a good location downtown and great food but a very disappointing service. check in procedure very slow. This does not combine with the rest of the Namibians good education. In the hotel restaurant we asked for some beverages after having ordered our meals, but to serve soft drinks took almost a half hour. My mobile charger broke and i had to ask for a wake up call in the morning in order to get our flight out from the airport very early, as well as breakfast box due to the time of departure. Both things was forgotten.

After spending 3 days in the remote parts of Namibia decided to overnight at the Windhoek Hilton as it is renown as an oasis for the international traveller...big mistake! Friendly staff were unable to explain nor avert the lousy experience I endured from arriving in my room only to find someones bag on the floor, rubbish steak for dinner and to round it off NO HOT WATER at 4 am when I was showering to prepare to drive to the airport. The receptionist admitted that they were having problems with the water but the management did not bother to advise me on my arrival as I would have gone elsewhere. Essentially took my money knowing that they would deliver the service I had paid for . Wont be back at a Hilton for a very long time!!!

The reception area is clean, welcoming and the check in was friendly and efficient. A great start! My room was a great size; the bed, the space, the bathroom was all great. It was clean and had good provisions - fridge and good toiletries with bottled water. All the staff from the door staff, to housekeeping, to reception are all friendly and manage that balance of being interested but not in your face. They are warm and happy to chat but quick to get the message if you don't want a long conversation. The hotel was near shops and some museums so a good location. Although I was there for work so didn't really go anywhere to be able to comment about how far it was to walk to the museum.
