The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms need to be updated and could do with a proper clean. There was dirt splattered on the walls and roof, the linen had stains and the furniture is damaged. The breakfast is dead average. Other than that the sky bar and pool is nice and it is located near all the tourist attractions.

Based upon the age of the hotel, lack of updates and upkeep, the hotel would be a 2. It was very very clean, to be fair. However, due to the extreme friendliness of the desk staff I gave the hotel a 3. The restaurant puts out quality food. Zero complaints after eating there daily. However, the service is atrocious, morning noon and night. Exact same sentiment applies to the Sky Bar. Ex, Friday night, seated at 745pm get my meal at almost 9 pm and other diners seated before me hadn't yet received their food and eventually got pissed and left. Waited to get something as simple as water for 30 minutes. This is a clear lack of training and the management's job to resolve because the staff, again, was super friendly. Plus, the lady working the entrance had six tables and responsible for taking all the food orders via phone, which was a full time deal, take all the patron's orders, deliver all the food, drinks and bussing. Clearly cost cutting by Hyatt is responsible for the poor service, not the people.

Great reception staff who were very friendly and helpful.Full and proper sanitation observed throughout hotel. Unfortunately the restaurant was not able to serve some items on the menu on account of disrupted supply due to COVID

Stayed with them for 15 days. Excellent service, location, rooms etc. Highly recommend! Food great and try the Skybar on roof. Breathtaking view of the city and nice and reasonably priced drinks. Nothing bad to say!

The hotel is centrally located with a range of sights nearby. We stayed in the very large presidential suite. The suite was generously furnished with lots of lovely decorative items. The bathroom was spacious with all amenities one can think of. The lounge is rather small but has everything you need with a good buffet breakfast and free flow in the evening hours. Service staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a fantastic view from the lounge. The rooftop pool is great as well as the rooftop bar with a great vibe, especially in the evening when you have the best view of Windhoek by night. Hotel staff is friendly and professional.
