Very friendly and helpful staff, great location, great food, even in times of crisis no use of the location, large rooms, beautiful view, very suitable for the days before departure, we will come again.

The service was very good and the hole personal was friendly. Singing People, who where doing there work, we didn't met before. The view from this lodge is wonderful, if you sit on the terrace.
And enjoy, if you can sit there in the evening, with a sundowoner in your hand and a nice view like the sun goes down over windhoek.

When I arrived at the Lodge I was very interested in the hydroponic garden with fresh salad and aromatic plants. I was also expecting some of these in my lunch or dinner. Unfortunately, the food was not healthy: too much salt, sugar , flour , fat etc. Thwe service at lunch was not adeguate and meeting expected standards. The slow-cooked lamb for dinner was overcooked and dry.
The check out at 10 am was not appreciated. Probably good for staff but not for customers. Never seen in any hotel around the 84 countries I visited. In this lodge I felt poor management.

This is just the venue for a sundowner and a snack as the beautiful Namibian sun disappears into the mountains. Friendly staff and great food. Well worth a visit when wanting to try a mini outdoor experience.

Being outside the City Centre of Windhoek & on the way to or from the Airport makes this Lodge a great place to stay. The Staff are friendly & the cottages are clean & comfortable. What makes this place really worth a visit is the terrace overlooking the mountains at Sunset - what a beautiful view. We enjoyed the snack platter whilst watching the sunset.
