I spent 5 nights here in the centre of the Polytechnic University area and close walking distance to the centre of the city.
The staff was courteous, respectful and helpful and they were very pleasant to talk to. Breakfast every morning 7-10 was buffet with nice variety and a hot breakfast option (eggs, bacon, etc) was always offered in addition to the buffet (at no additional charge).
The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. WiFi was only near the reception/breakfast area, but the deck/patio has plenty of seating to work/surf from. My room was in the lower area, not pool level, so cellular connection (TN Mobile) was spotty at best given the local geography and an inconvenience. The rest of the grounds do not have this cellular issue.
I would & will be coming back when I return to Windhoek and consider it a good option for longer term stays and for conducting business. There were no issues with having business partners at the location for meetings, which was a benefit for myself.
My only complaint was the one "squeaky" air conditioner unit of the four was right outside my window/wall.
