excellent service, big spacious rooms. friendly staffs and the food was also hygenic with good taste. Centrally located, good transportation service. Best one in butwal area and most recommended place to stay.

A very good hotel,centrally located at the city .i enjoyed the service good food and the stay!the highly recommended.staff are very nice and the food is reallt 10/10 the best part is its centrally located in the city and easy transport available to go anywhere!

Hotel is good over-all, but there are some details that need to be taken care of badly. Towels look and smell old, they need to be replaced immediately. Housekeeping has to improve its service. We brought our key with us one day and they said they couldn't clean the room because they don't have a duplicate key. The water heater only worked on the first day of our 4-day stay. On a positive note, food at the restaurant was consistently good although service could be improved. The wait staff seemed to be newbies who weren't too knowledgeable about their duties and responsibilities. Processing of our food bill seemed to take forever on several instances.

It was a night stay and we arrived hotel in the midnight where the receptionist was waiting for us. Good service the operation manager was polite and co operative. Thanks to the team for arrangement specially Prakash bhai.

We were on a day business visit and we choosed to stay here. The room we were given was good than we thought. We were very tired and needed a good sleep. To tell you the food we ordered for room service there was very good and served very well. The staff and the service was very good.
