Kami menginap 2 malam di hotel ini dan menikmati pelayanan yang sangat baik dan menyenangkan. Sarapan yang tersedia sangat terbatas: roti, telur rebus (omelet bisa diorder), sosis (yang menurut saya digoreng telalu kering), buah, cornflakes, kopi dan teh. Menu layanan kamarnya cukup variatif dan enak, sayangnya ketika memesan layanan kamar, makanannya datang satu per satu, tidak sekaligus. Namun secara keseluruhan hotel ini cukup baik. Oh ya, kalau sore, kita bisa menikmati matahari yang akan terbenam dengan semburat jingga yang cantik.

Food: Not too good, slightly expensive Room: Good, if you take delux rooms on first floor facing garden Amenities: Poor. Battery of remote was dead and AC and TV didn't work. Service: Average. No willingness to hear feedback. Had to call the manager to resolve every matter Hall: Big and good for events to ensure distancing Maintainance: Needed. Check all rooms before handing over keys to the guest Room rates: Reasonable, but difference in the rate for double occupancy (even with a kid) on EP (room only) plan is unreasonable. When asked why, response was "our policy" without any intetest Visit again?: May be for room to sleep and for events | No to the restaurant.

I loved this resort. Friendly staff, great food and facilities. Large rooms (perhaps in need a bit of paint, but clean and very comfortable). I wish I could stay there much longer. We had views of the mountains- great! Clean outside pool and lovely gardens with ducks roaming around the pond. Great place to relax. Highly recommend.

It is such a bad resort where you dont have any services any decency in the staffs and out of all the worst hotel in nepal till date i have visited stayed there for 10 days but no response from the staffs lits of problem with cable wifi food everything is bad and the staffs are arrogant

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights while visiting family in the area.From the moment we arrived we were treated by all the staff so friendly.All the staff made us feel so welcome.Our room was beautifull and the resort is amazing.Everything you could want,I wish we could have stayed longer.We will visit this special place again next time we visit Nepal.
