They had good rooms with updated amenities and location was also great but unfortunately the fnb service staffs were very unfriendly and food was also not satisfying especially I'm amazed when I ask for bowl for lentil soup, service staff handed me small plastic cup and told me that they don't have bowel in their hotel.As I'm also from hospitality business this type of service attitude is not good for near coming future. At least hotel have to train their staffs about service manners.

I liked this hotel personally. It is in the main road which has excellent hospitality services to their guests. I loved everything about this hotel be it ambience,location,rooms,food,service. We had an incredible time in this hotel.

This hotel offered more than what we had expected. We had reached Bhairawa quite late and searched for hotels that could accommodate a group of 6 pax all family members. We were there with our mother who is 78 years old. We needed cosy rooms with soft bed either on the ground floor or the first floor. Despite of being busy the GM Sudhir Pokharel was very gentle and hospitable. While the service was great, his professional hospitality was extremely great. The food was equally good so was the service. I would rate this hotel as 10/10 in terms of its room, service and food. Would love to visit this hotel again and recommend this to anyone I know.

My family are in lumbini visit and we stay this hotel they provide us good service.Enviroment of this place is very homies.Clean n best place.The price is cheap and resonable.Staff are coporative as well as friendly.Highly recomanded.

value for money property, good rooms, Ac was effective, centrally located, easy approach, cool staff, Bar was good and well filled with chilled beers, Happy hours added more value to Sales travellers like us
