Hotel is very close to BUDDHA birth place. Hotel staff is so friendly and helpful . Location is very awesome!!! I like to come back-again and again in this hotel!! There is no any comment for this hotel.. I was enjoy to stay at this hotel. I recommend all of you to stay at this hotel!!

I was with my family of 11th june 2018 and it was booked through the agent. This guest house was absolutely disgusting. rooms and bathrooms was dirty, buckets were broke. ACs were not cooling the rooms.

I was with my family of 19 on 26th February 2018 and it was booked through the agent. This guest house was obsolutely disgusting apart from staff members who were very helpful.
Everything was old and it was filthy to sleep over. Beware other not to go in this guest house.
It is fact and do not regret later.

The place was ok as it's price. The staffs were friendly and the restaurant on the roof top although ok looking served fine food at fine costing . Not a place where you would feel the vibe of a good hotel although the lodge tried creating a vibe of Lumbini by painting everything on the walls of the lodge. They have drop off facility to bis stands but they charge extra.

Its terrible guest house.... Many mosquito in the room at night, shower cannot use, ac cannot use, the electricity usually stop suddenly but the food taste is average and the guest house is near the monastery....
The guest house is verry not recomended
