I dont know, how people can give a bad review for this hotel. I think, if you behave like badly, you just get what you give. ;) For us it was perfect. The staff gave us whatever we wanted. Day and night. The suite was perfectly clean with all the luxury you can dream of. 58" television, whirlpool tub, a bed so big, 5 people would have enough space in that. We asked for seafood... this is not so easy in Paraguay. They brought a perfect paella from another restaurant. This took only 30 minutesf an it was so much, we couldnt eat it all and believe me, we tried. For breakfast you get everything you want and they do it always with a big smile. If you are looking for a really good hotel, stay at Carnaval.

This is a modern hotel. It doesn't have too much personality in that it could be anywhere, but nonetheless it was a very good hotel. The front desk were good using Google Translate to help my faltering Spanish. I had some Laundry done and it was very quick.and good price. The restaurant served excellent bar snacks, including one of the tastiest steaks I'd had for a long time. Breakfast was very good...lots of fresh fruit and perfectly scrambled eggs. Rooms are a good size, although the beds were a bit too soft for me. Only downside was noisy paraguayan children at 2am!

It was a nice discovery in Encarnacion, nice size of the room, nice furniture, clean and good bathroom, nice lobby, the breakfast was very good variety, quality and quantity. Good price. I would recommend it.

We stayed at here for 2 nights to recover from a long bus journey through Argentina. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the bus station. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and smiling. We were allowed to check into our room early, which was much appreciated. The room was comfortable and the shower was great. We ate at the hotel restaurant both nights and enjoyed good food and service. Thoroughly recommend!

We’ve been at this Hotel twice and both experiences were impecable. First the reception personal si very polite, the rooms are spacious and silent; the beds are new and very comfy. The thing, i think that can be improved is that the rooms could have water boilers with the kindnes of coffee and tea. For the rest nothing to and.
